Scope of Service
Metro Lawn Pro provides lawn maintenance, landscape, and irrigation services to residential properties only. Commercial properties are not serviced.
Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are based on property size, condition, and requested scope. Prices may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described, and any change will be communicated before additional work is performed.
Scheduling & Weather
Visits are scheduled Sunday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Rain, storms, or unsafe turf conditions may shift a visit to the next available day.
Property Access & Safety
Homeowners are asked to keep gates unlocked, pets secured, and the work area clear of toys, hoses, and debris. Hidden items such as irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or unmarked stakes should be flagged in advance.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the visit unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit so the route can be adjusted.
